Welcome to The Inspired Women Podcast. On this episode your host Megan Hall interviews Nancy Duitch.
Nancy Duitch is a successful businesswoman who has built her career based upon fighting hard for what she believes in and giving back. After losing two siblings to sudden cardiac death when they were in their twenties, Nancy saw just how short and fragile life could be and wanted to do something about it. She and her mother founded the Cardiac & Arrhythmia Research & Education Foundation (C.A.R.E.) to raise awareness for this cardiac condition as well as support thousands of patients and their families. In addition to being a mentor to people who want to make a difference in the world, Nancy has been a successful entrepreneur in the consumer products industry for more than 30 years and has executed state-of-the-art campaigns generating over $3 billion in revenue for some of the most well-loved consumer brands. She’s now the founder and CEO of Sera Labs where, in addition to building a successful company, Nancy is advocating for more women leaders in the workplace. She wants to help other women realize their unique strengths and gain the confidence to take a seat at the C-Suite table, creating a more diverse, inclusive workplace.
