Sybil is a mother of three beautiful girls and married to a US Naval Officer. She keeps busy working on her blog Mamas and Coffee, managing a wonderful FB group of empowering women, chasing otheir dog Carlos and managing the kids’ activities. Sybil’s favorite hobby is SLEEP. lol She loves to take naps.
Sybil was born and raised in East TN in a small town, attended the University of Memphis and received a degree in Logistics and Marketing. She met her husband there and the rest is history.
